Prior to being named Head of Development Strategy & Operations, he served as the regional vice president for Lucentbyte’s business in the Caribbean and Latin America, where he was responsible for driving growth of Lucentbyte’s assisted and self-service solutions across the retail, financial, travel, healthcare, hospitality, gaming and public sectors.
